Retire os camarões, passe-os rapidamente por água fria, coe a água da sua cozedura e reserve. Descasque os camarões mas conserve alguns com as cabeças, para enfeitar. Descasque as cebolas e os dentes de alho e corte-os em rodelas finas. Leve a cozinhar sobre lume brando com a margarina até a cebola estar macia. Junte as lulinhas e deixe saltear durante cerca de 10 minutos. Adicione então o tomate em bocados, tempere com sal e pimenta e deixe apurar durante cerca de 15 minutos sobre lume brando, juntando sempre que necessário um pouco do caldo onde cozeu os camarões. Introduza os berbigões e deixe cozinhar mais 5 minutos com o tacho tapado. Entretanto coza a massa fresca em água a ferver temperada com sal, durante o tempo indicado na embalagem. Escorra e coloque-a no prato de serviço. Por cima, deite o estufado de lulas e berbigão e os camarões descascados e sem cabeças. Misture bem a massa com o molho e os mariscos com a ajuda de dois garfos de cozinha.
